The Sydney Swans VFL team will host North Melbourne at Tramway Oval this Saturday 13 July in their Round 16 clash.

Sydney Swans VFL senior coach Damian Truslove will welcome back experienced red and white players Peter Ladhams, Angus Sheldrick and Harry Arnold who all return from injury, with Arnold playing his first game this season.

Sheldrick returns from an ankle injury suffered in Round 9 of the VFL competition while Ladhams returns after missing the past fortnight.

Talls Aaron Francis and Joel Hamling continue to impress this year, with Francis leading the Swans to victory over the Zebras last week,  with 26 disposals, 20 of them kicks, and 12 marks while Hamling had 13 marks to go with 14 disposals and 2.2 in front of goal.

Sydney currently sit just outside the top ten with six wins, six losses and a draw while North Melbourne sit in fourteenth with six wins and seven losses.

The VFL clash will commence from 10:05am, with red and white members and fans encouraged to arrive early to watch the team in action before the AFL clash with North Melbourne at the SCG from 1:45pm.
