SCG to come alive on Friday night

The countdown to Preliminary Final 1 is on as the Sydney Swans prepare to take on Port Adelaide this Friday night at the SCG. The winner of the clash will progress to the Grand Final to play the winner of this weekend's match between Geelong and the Brisbane Lions.

Rampe and Heeney to play milestone matches

Dane Rampe will run out in his 250th game on Friday night. The veteran defender was recruited to the club with pick 37 of the 2013 Rookie Draft after missing out on four national drafts. 

Speaking to Sydney Swans Media this week he said, “I always take a moment in the warmup to have a look around and just take it all in. Because it wasn't too long ago that I was in the stands just wishing like hell that it would be me one day."

Rampe 250: Resilience personified

We sat down with Dane Rampe ahead of his 250th game in the red and white, becoming 13th player in club history to reach the milestone.

Meanwhile, star midfielder and forward Isaac Heeney will play in his 200th career game. The QBE Sydney Swans Academy product joined the club with pick 18 of the 2014 AFL Draft before making his debut the following year. 

Cunningham re-signs

Fan-favourite Harry Cunningham has signed a two-year contract extension, keeping him in the red and white until at least the end of 2026.

The New South Wales product has played 206 AFL games over a career spanning 13 seasons, after originally being taken in the 2011 rookie draft. Cunningham made his debut in the inaugural Sydney Derby against GWS in 2012.

AFLW returns to Henson Park

The Sydney Swans AFLW side will return to Henson Park for the first time this season on Sunday in an exciting clash with GWS. Join the club from 3:05pm and enjoy footy in the sun.
