Located a drop punt from the South Melbourne Market on Cecil Street, our new South Melbourne office gives the Swans a new presence in our old heartland.

The new premises will showcase an incredible Swans inspired mural on the wall at Waterloo Place, which captures the red and white spirit, by accomplished street artist Ling.

This mural is designed to capture the spirit of the South Melbourne / Sydney Swans football club, translating the intensity, beauty, and raw competition of AFL at its highest level into visual form. Two swans, powerful and elegant, engage in a fierce contest, symbolising the relentless pursuit of excellence that defines the club. Their movement reflects the essence of the game itself: free-flowing, direct, and competitive, yet undeniably artistic.

Layers of meaning enrich the composition. Graffiti based textures weave through the background, calling out the names of Bloods Legends including Bob Skilton, Ron Clegg, Peter Bedford, Adam Goodes and Bob Pratt. The iconic red “V” emerges and recedes, binding the past and present in a dynamic interplay. Finally, a subtle yet powerful detail — the hint of red in the water — serves as a tribute to the “Bloods” moniker, inspired by references to the club’s red on white guernsey which saw the team referred to as the “Blood Stained Angels”.

Through this piece, the legacy of the Swans is not only remembered but felt, celebrating a club where history, resilience and artistry collide.
