Young Swans Isaac Heeney has scored his first spot in the AFL's Team of the Week following his outstanding Round 4 performance.

Coaches votes: Hanners earns coaches praise

Hannebery showed his determination and will at every contest in the hotly contested match to finish with a season high 38 disposals.

AFL reporter Adam Curley provides his reasons for selecting the Swans pair below:

DAN HANNEBERY (Sydney Swans) – The dual All Australian worked tirelessly all night in a losing side against the Crows, and finished with 38 touches, eight clearances and seven inside 50s.

ISAAC HEENEY (Sydney Swans) – It was another exciting showing from the teenager, who kicked four goals in the game of the round and upstaged Lance Franklin as the Swans' most dangerous forward.
