Swans captain Josh Kennedy features in AFL.com.au’s Round 6 Team of the Week after he inspired Sydney to victory over Geelong at GMBHA Stadium on Saturday.
The star midfielder collected a game-high 33 possessions and saved his scintillating best for the final term, raking in 13 of his 33 touches and six of his 13 clearances as the Swans surged to victory.
His stand-out display led the Swans to a 17-point win after they had trailed by 22 points at three-quarter time.
The skipper joins Jared Polec (Port Adelaide), Jack Macrae (Jack Macrae), Max Gawn (Melbourne), Tom Mitchell (Hawthorn) and Lachie Neale (Fremantle) in a star-studded midfield.
