The Sydney Swans took advantage of the week's break and visited some local junior football clubs on Thursday night.
With many clubs holding their only or final training of the week, the Swans thought they'd join in and help out with up to 24 clubs welcoming players for a hour-long sessions full of skills, fun and, of course, some autographs and photo opportunities.
From the Heathcote Hawks in the south, to the West Magpies in the west, from the Hornsby Berowra Eagles in the north, to the Moore Park Tigers just a drop punt away from the SCG, the Swans spread their wings far and wide to get back to some grassroots footy.
SwansTV caught up with Dan Hannebery and Dane Rampe at Bat and Ball Oval, home of the Moore Park Tigers, where the duo put quite a large throng of budding young footballers through a session of Volkswagen Swansfit.
The program, available to all schools across the Sydney region, encourages active participation in young children.
Each station, whether it was hurdles, agility poles and even skipping, got the kids' hearts racing.
For more information, visit the Volkswagen Swansfit page on the Swans' website.
The list returned to the football club following a few days off, with a review of last weekend's loss to Hawthorn at the top of the agenda.
It'll be back to work fully on Friday in preparation for the Round 12 clash against the Western Bulldogs at the SCG.
