George Hewett will miss Sydney Derby X after being left out of the side with concussion.
Hewett is the only omission from the side that defeated Gold Coast last week with four fresh faces named in an extended squad.
Callum Mills, Toby Nankervis, Dean Towers and Aliir Aliir all come into the squad to face the Giants at Spotless Stadium on Sunday.
Mills missed last week’s win over Gold Coast as a decision was made to manage the game time of the first year Swan.
