The Sydney Swans have made six changes to their list at the completion of the 2016 AFL trade period.
Tom Mitchell and Toby Nankervis were traded out of the Club during the exchange period adding to the retirements of Ted Richards, Ben McGlynn and Tom Derickx.
Rookie ruckman Kyle Galloway is the only player to be delisted ahead of the first list lodgement on October 31.
