When I have a bit of spare time at home I like to surf the web.  I pay all my bills online, check my emails and also view what is going on in the AFL world.
I find the world wide web fascinating. You have access to so much information at your fingertips!  I also enjoy looking up random facts and here are a few that I have come across recently:

•    The average human eats eight spiders in their lifetime at night.
After reading this I have been sleeping with my mouth completely closed not taking any risks. This saves any embarrassing drool on the pillow and swallowing stray huntsmen.

•    In 1977 a 13 year old boy had a tooth growing out of his foot.
This boy has nothing on one of my team-mates, who has a severe case of Verucca, which is basically a wart that is on the sole of the foot. We now have to wear thongs in the showers as it is highly contagious.

•    When you dye your hair it grows at a much faster rate.
There was a day back in pre-season when Lewis Johnston showed up to training with a shaved head and left later that afternoon with a Texas Waterfall (Mullet Hair-cut).  Now I understand that Lewis’ hair will grow much faster than all of us other boys because he colours his hair continuously.

•    The average person makes about 1,140 telephone calls each year.
I understand that this may surprise you, don’t be alarmed!  The number would be much less if it wasn’t for Jesse White and his addiction to his mobile phone.  I actually thought Jesse’s I-phone was a part of his ear like some new age earring, he was on it so much. I’d hate to be paying his phone bills.

•    Every human spent about half an hour as a single cell.
Half an hour- This is the same time Heath Grundy spends in front of the mirror each day!
