The Sydney Swans will host Carlton at the SCG in a Saturday twilight clash on Saturday August 26 to finish the home and away season.
The AFL confirmed details of the final round of the fixture on Tuesday confirming a 4.35pm start time for the match.
As the Swans continue to surge towards a position in the top eight, the Round 23 clash could be all important to their chances of playing in September.
Fans will be able to purchase tickets to the match from 10am on Wednesday, August 2 through Ticketek.
