Sydney Swans CEO Tom Harley has thanked the club’s members for their amazing support of the Club.
61,912 members joined the red and white in 2019 to show their passion and support for the club they love.
Harley said it was pleasing to see so many members getting behind the Club.
“It was another year of record membership growth as we were just shy of 62,000 members,” Harley said.
“By any measurement we are Sydney’s largest sports club and we should never take that for granted.
“We should never take that for granted, we should never take our members for granted, we should always strive to provide our members with a great product on the field and great service and access off the field.”
“That is certainly the aspiration of the Club going into 2020 and beyond.”
With membership numbers tracking will ahead of the 2020 season Harley is confident the fans will continue to get behind the Club by signing up as members.
“As far as another record we would love it of course, I know our consumer business team are working really hard on engaging with our fans,” Harley said.
“We would love you to sign up for 2020 as we think we have a really exciting path to tell and walk through in 2020.”
