The Sydney Swans and Volkswagen have joined together to give fans an insight into the mindset of the Swans seven debutants throughout 2016.
On Debut presented by Volkswagen will feature the debutants from the 2016 season reflecting on their first game in the red and white.
Tom Papley kicks off the series as he chats to SwansTV about making his debut against Collingwood in the season opener at the SCG.
The 19-year-old has strong family roots with the Swans with both of his grandfather’s playing for South Melbourne.
Papley was electric during his debut as he added an important spark to the Swans forward line with his electrifying forward pressure and ability to convert in front of goal.
He would go on to boot three goals during that match which would cement his place in the senior side for most of the season.
