Tadhg Kennelly edges one step closer to realising his childhood dream of winning an All-Ireland medal after his side Kerry defeated Meath overnight.

The game was played at Dublin’s Croke Park and Kerry defeated Meath by 4 points;  2-08 to 1-07.

Kennelly started the game in the forward line, played the entire game, scored two points and set up a crucial goal for his team.

Kerry now line up to play Cork in the All-Ireland final on September 20.
