The Sydney Swans Foundation hosted a cocktail party at the SCG this week to thank donors for their contributions to the Club.
Foundation Chairman Peter Ivany acknowledged and thanked all guests for their support of the Foundation over many years, but wished to highlight six donors in particular for their significant contributions towards the Club and the Foundation over the past 15 years.
A framed certificate of appreciation was presented to:
- Mark Nelson
- Martin Dutton
- Paul McMahon
- Peter Meurer
- Tony Hodges
- Andrew Pascoe
The Foundation was established in 2005 to provide financial support to help secure the Club’s long-term future. The Foundation is a fundraising entity which receives financial support through donations and bequests. All donations made through the Australian Sports Foundation are tax deductable.
