The Sydney Swans have made four changes to the side to face Greater Western Sydney in Sydney Derby XVIII.
Daniel Menzel, James Rose, Kieren Jack and Oliver Florent are back into the side to replace Dane Rampe (eye), Colin O’Riordan (groin), Ryley Stoddart (omitted) and Lewis Melican (omitted).
Menzel and Jack bring some experience back into a Sydney side that is one of the youngest in the league.
“Menzel did a really good job in our reserves last week," Longmire said.
"Kieren has been emergency in the last couple of weeks but it is good to have him back in the team, we know he is a quality experienced player.
"They both bring expeirence into our team which is really important for our younger players."
Florent has been cleared of a hip flexor injury and has been named to line up for his 50th game at AFL level.
“He had a good week training wise this week so it was worthwhile not risking him last week," Longmire said.
"He had a good training session today so he comes back in for his 50th game."
Rose has earnt a recall after playing four senior matches this season, the last in Round 16.
