The Sydney Swans are delighted to provide passionate AFL supporters in the ACT with the opportunity to honour recently retired Swans legend Jude Bolton.

Bolton played 325 games since making his debut for the Swans in 1999. When he retired at the end of the 2013 season, Bolton and left the game renowned as one of the competition’s toughest competitors. He was the AFL’s leading tackler, with 1490 tackles across his 15-year AFL career, and is ranked second in the Swans games tally behind long-time teammate Adam Goodes.

Joining Jude on our panel of guests includes ex-Collingwood captain, Team of the Century member and AFL Football Hall of Fame inductee, Des Tuddenham.

Des made his VFL debut in 1962. His brand of football was fearless and tough. Tuddenham played 182 games with Collingwood 1962-1971, 1976-1977 and 69 with Essendon in 1972-1975.

Tuddenham was appointed captain coach of Essendon in 1972 until 1975 before moving back to Collingwood to finish his career.

In 1978, Des coached South Melbourne for one season.
