The club’s preparations for the 2015 home and away season will kick off in Coffs Harbour against the Brisbane Lions, before moving to Drummoyne in Sydney’s inner west, and on to Canberra against GWS.
Sydney Swans chief executive Andrew Ireland said it was pleasing to play in three areas in which the club has strong links.
"The Swans have always enjoyed a strong connection with the Coffs Harbour community and through our QBE Sydney Swans Coffs Harbour Academy, our pre-season training and community camps, and now a NAB Challenge match in the city, that connection only grows stronger,” he said.
“We are excited to play a game in Drummoyne in Sydney’s inner west, which has always been an area of strong support for our club, and against a quality opponent in Fremantle who we played during this year’s finals series.
“We have a really loyal supporter base in Canberra who travel to many or all of our games in Sydney throughout the season, so it is pleasing that we can once again play a game in front of all those fans, in their own backyard.”
The 2015 NAB Challenge series kicks off on Thursday February 26, with the Swans first match played on Friday March 6 in Coffs Harbour.
Matches against the Brisbane Lions and GWS will both be broadcast live on Fox Footy, while entry to all three games is free for Sydney Swans members.
