Tadhg Kennelly and Sean Dempster will play against Port Adelaide at the SCG on Sunday.

Dempster, who has been out since round three with a knee injury, comes in for Jared Crouch.

Crouch has struggled to find his top form after missing so much football.

Kennelly has made a remarkable comeback since dislocating his knee cap in round five and will be welcomed back to the Swans team desperate for victory over the competition leaders.

Heath Grundy also drops off the extended interchange named on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Port Adelaide has lost in-form defender Jacob Surjan after he suffered a corked thigh at training on Wednesday.

But that loss was offset by the return of midfielder Steven Salopek - who has missed two games with a hamstring strain - and defender Brad Symes.
