Members of the Sydney Swans playing group take us through some of their favourite childhood memories of growing up playing footy in the video above.

Jude Bolton talks about playing for Golden Point in the Goldfields region of Victoria, while Dan Hannebery shares some of the successes he experienced in the more suburban setting of Kew in inner Melbourne.

Marty Mattner, Dan Currie, Lewis Jetta and Jed Lamb also share some brilliant stories, especially Jets’ attire in his first game and Jed being the perfect big brother while playing in a team with his young sister.

Following on from this Saturday night’s game against Essendon at Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium, the playing group will be holding a clinic on Sunday for Swans members and supporters between four and 14 years of age at Albert Park’s Lindsay Hassett Oval.
