Sydney Swans co-captain Luke Parker was awarded nine votes in the AFL Coaches Association Player of the Year awards for his performance against Melbourne on Thursday.
Parker was judged best on ground by the coaches for his 24 disposals, two goals and six clearances against the Demons.
Dashing defender Jake Lloyd continued his impressive season with a game-high 28 disposals seeing him awarded eight votes from the coaches.
Co-captain Josh Kennedy who also had 24 disposals for the match received four votes for his performance.
Nick Blakey (two votes), Justin McInerney (one vote) and Jordan Dawson (one vote) rounded out the vote getters for Sydney.
Ed Langdon (three votes) and Max Gawn (one vote) were the only Melbourne players to receive votes from the coaches.
