As part of National Carers Week the Sydney Swans would like to thank all of those amazing individuals who play a key role in the providing care and support in the community. 

National Carers Week is a time to recognise the 2.65 million Australians who provide care and support to a family member or friend who with disability, mental health condition, chronic condition, terminal illness, an alcohol or other drug issue, or those who are ageing and just need some extra support.

The Sydney Swans have many carers among our membership base and this week, we want to say thank you and acknowledge the outstanding contribution these members make to their families, friends and communities. 

Did you know? 

As an affiliate of the Companion Card program, if a Sydney Swans member holds a companion card they are eligible for a second membership at no charge. Disability carers (CAR) are also eligible to purchase a membership at a concession price. Please contact Membership Support on (02) 9157 5020 if you would like to make a change to your 2021 membership.
