GETTING INTO GAMES AT THE SCG

Member access to LIVE footy is our PRIORITY in 2021.
In Sydney, the SCG is as 75% capacity or 36,000 fans. At 75% it is highly likely all Sydney Swans members with match access entitlements in Sydney who want to attend, will be able to attend!
Depending on what TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP you hold, there might be some extra steps required for you to complete to attend matches. Keep reading to find out more.

RESERVED SEAT HOLDERS
At 75% capacity, Sydney Swans Platinum 11 and Gold 11 members will be able to use their mobile member cards and sit in their allocated reserved seats. Flexi PAYG members will need to identify if they are NOT planning to attend to avoid being charged. Instructions on this process will be sent via email.
RED ZONE
To access matches you will need to redeem a ticket/s, when you want to attend.
This redemption will be free of charge.
If you wish to attend matches with other Red Zone members and/or SCG members please redeem as a group. Information and instructions on how to redeem your Red Zone tickets will be sent to eligible members via email prior to the opening of the redemption process for each Sydney Swans home game.
Redemption will be first in best dressed until the allocation is exhausted.
If you are unable to attend any match available for redemption please do NOT redeem a ticket.
Accessible seating within these areas will be available for redemption, information will be provided in the email outlining the redemption process.
GENERAL ADMISSION
General Admission members will need to redeem a ticket/s, when you want to attend.
As part of this redemption process you will be issued a reserved seat in Bays 14 – 18 on a first in best dressed basis until the allocation is exhausted.
If you wish to attend matches with other General Admission members please redeem as a group.
During the redemption process you will also be able to purchase additional General Admission tickets subject to availability.
Information and instructions on how to redeem your General Admission tickets will be sent to eligible members via email prior to the opening of the redemption process for each Sydney Swans home game.
Redemption will be first in best dressed until the allocation is exhausted.
If you are unable to attend any match available for redemption please do NOT redeem a ticket.
Accessible seating within these areas will be available for redemption, information will be provided in the email outlining the redemption process.
VICTORIAN AND INTERSTATE MEMBERS WITH SYDNEY GAME ACCESS
VIC Gold and Interstate members with SCG games included in their membership should refer to the GENERAL ADMISSION member instructions and information to redeem tickets to attend SCG matches.
VIC Premiership Club members should refer to the RED ZONE member instructions and information to redeem tickets to attend SCG matches.
All Victorian members with SCG match access will receive the information corresponding with their membership type on how to redeem tickets via email prior to the opening of the redemption process for each Sydney Swans HOME game.
GETTING INTO GAMES AT THE MCG AND MARVEL STADIUM IN 2021
VIC AFL PLATINUM
VIC AFL Platinum members will have access to the AFL reserve for Swans matches at MCG and Marvel Stadium, and non-Swans matches at the MCG.
In advance of each match eligible match access members will receive an email to their nominated email address to outline the dates, times and information on how to redeem tickets.
It will be important for members to action their redemption during the specified time, or you may miss out on tickets.
VIC GOLD, VIC SILVER & VIC 3 DIGITAL
VIC Gold, VIC Gold Premiership Club, VIC Silver and VIC 3 Digital members will be classified as AWAY team members during ticket on-sale periods for matches where Sydney Swans are a participating club at MCG and Marvel Stadium.
In the week leading into games featuring the Sydney Swans at the MCG and Marvel Stadium eligible match access members will receive an email to their nominated email address to outline the dates, times and information on how to redeem tickets.
It will be important for members to action their redemption during the specified time, or you may miss out on tickets.
VIC FLEXI
VIC Flexi members will be classified as an AWAY team member during ticket on-sale periods for matches where Sydney Swans are a participating club at MCG and Marvel Stadium.
By redeeming a ticket you will be CHARGED by the Club for that redemption.
In the week leading into games featuring the Sydney Swans at the MCG and Marvel Stadium eligible match access members will receive an email to their nominated email address to outline the dates, times and information on how to redeem tickets.
INTERSTATE MEMBER TICKETS
Interstate members in QLD, WA and SA will receive information about securing members’ tickets in your HOME state for matches where the Sydney Swans are participating.
Ticket prices will vary and are set by the HOME team.
Information on how to purchase tickets will be provided to eligible members via email in advance of on-sale dates and times.
MOBILE MEMBER CARDS
In 2021, we’re adjusting for a new normal and delivering your member card via the Sydney Swans App. Reserved seat holders will be able to forward their member cards to friends direct from the App by following the prompts.

PLEASE NOTE: To avoid confusion mobile member cards for Red Zone and General Admission members have been deactivated while they can’t be used for match access. Once we can use them for access they will be activated for your use.
MEMBERSHIP BARCODE NUMBER
Your membership barcode number will be included on emails where your barcode number is required to redeem tickets. Please save it securely for your own records. You will also be able to view this number by logging into your Swan-e Account.
FIXTURE

Please note: In 2021, the fixture will be rolling out as the season progresses. As at March 2021, the first six Rounds have been scheduled by date, time, venue and opposition. The remaining Rounds have been fixtured by Round, Venue and Opposition and more details will be available throughout the year on sydneyswans.com.au
TICKETS
Tickets for Rounds 2, 4 and 5 at the SCG will be on sale to the General Public on Wednesday 17 March at 3pm AEDT via Ticketek. See it live – visit Ticketek
Information on how and when you can obtain tickets to matches at other venues around Australia will be provided to eligible members via email if as a member you have access to the right to purchase or attend included in your membership.
