Sydney Swans Jordan Dawson has polled a perfect 10 votes for the AFL Coaches Association’s AFL Champion Player Award following Sydney’s 19-point victory over the Western Bulldogs at Marvel Stadium in Round 17.

Defender Tom McCartin (8) and midfielder Luke Parker (3) also polled points following the clash.

Dawson’s left boot continued to impress as his pinpointing kicking saw him secure a game high three goals. The three majors went along with his 26 disposals, two tackles, 3 inside-50s and 7 scoring involvements in his impressive display.

McCartin impressed down back and proved to be a real handful to the Bulldogs forwards. McCartin finished with 16 disposals, two tackles and 11 intercepts in his strong game.

Parker continues to shine in the midfield with the co-captain finishing with one goal, 27 disposals, 4 tackles and 8 scoring involvements.
