After a 87-point win over the Suns in the final home and away season fixture, we have cemented a place in the 2021 AFL finals.
We will now face our cross-town rivals, the GWS Giants in a Sydney Derby Elimination Final.

Our Bloods have shown great resilience to finish in sixth position this season with just percentage keeping us out of the top four. We recorded a memorable 15 wins, just two shy of our club record (17 wins).
As we prepare for this huge fixture, we have launched our finals campaign: Together Red & White.
Together Red and White is about unity.
It’s about our team and our Sydney Swans members and fans coming together through the challenges of season 2021.
It’s about the commitment from the team playing for everyone who cannot be in the stands cheering us on.
It’s about those who are on the couch in your red and white, cheering every tackle, every assist and every goal.
We hear you all and we play for you this finals series.
As we approach our Elimination Final next week, we’ll be looking back on the season so far and sharing finals stories from our rich finals history.
