The right place at the right time.
That's probably the best way to describe Isaac Heeney's impressive goal against Carlton on Sunday.
A centering ball from ruckman Callum Sinclair hit a one-on-one contest involving counterpart Kurt Tippett and his opposing number Sam Rowe, with the ball then hitting the deck ready for the Swans' rovers to swoop.
Luke Parker was first on the scene and gave off the quick hands.
Waiting front-and-centre was Heeney who, under pressure from the Blues' Sam Docherty, thought fast and screwed the ball around on his left-foot for a goal that put the Swans 15 points up in the second term.
Heeney's goal will be kept in mind until the end of the season when sydneyswans.com.au compile the year's nominations together to determine the Sydney Swans' Goal of the Year, which will be voted on by the fans.
Heeney's snap follows on from Round 1's nomination: Tom Mitchell's left-foot curl-around against Collingwood.
