LAST WEEK’S NEWS
With nine tackles and two goals next to his name, it was no surprise to see Lewis Jetta (FWD/MID, $443,000) on top of the leader board this week with 130pts. He was well supported by midfielders Dan Hannebery (MID, $594,000) and Josh Kennedy (MID, $574,000) with their 96pts but from there… the Fantasy scores went sour.
Superstar Fantasy players, Luke Parker (MID, $508,000) and Jarrad McVeigh (DEF/MID, $481,000) have had great years to date but went missing on the weekend when they were needed the most, scoring just 61 and 65 points respectively.
Jake Lloyd (FWD/MID, $405,000) fought hard for his 83pts, backing up his solid form where he has scored recent back to back 79’s.
After 111 in round 18, Kieren Jack (MID, $492,000) only knocked up 82pts and will look to build on that this Friday night.
ON THE RADAR
I said it last week and I’ll say it again…. Kurt Tippett (FWD/RUC, $421,000).
Since taking over the #1 ruck duties in recent weeks, Tippet has now scored 90 and 120 in back to back weeks. By trading Adelaide’s Sam Jacobs to Tippett will not only pocket you an extra $61,000, but might even collect you more points in the last few rounds of the year.
TOP 5 SCORERS
#1 – 130 Lewis Jetta (FWD/MID, $443,000)
#2 – 96 Dan Hannebery (MID, $594,000)
#3 – 96 Josh Kennedy (MID, $574,000)
#4 – 90 Kurt Tippett (FWD/RUC, $421,000)
#5 – 89 Tom Mitchell (MID, $474,000)
WHAT’S COMING UP
This week the Swans host the Pies on Friday night footy and this has Dan Hannebery owners very excited.
He loves playing on the SCG, a ground he has averaged 130 at this year. He scored 93 on the Pies last year and is be huge this week, especially after Carlton midfielders Murphy (139pts) and Cripps (105pts) had a day out on Collingwood last week. He is definitely captaincy material for your side this week. Lock, load and enjoy.
All the best for round 20.
