The Sydney Swans will face Essendon at the MCG this weekend (Saturday, July 2) and we are can't wait to see our Melbourne members and fans at our Open Training and Member Pre-Match Function.

OPEN TRAINING
The Sydney Swans will hold an open training session at the MCG on Friday July 1, ahead of our clash against Essendon on Saturday. Catch the players as they undertake their Captain’s Run on the hallowed MCG turf.
There will be some signing opportunities along the fence so come along in your red and white! Registrations not required and this is a free event.
Date: Friday, July 1
Time: Gates open 2:15pm, training commences on field at 2:30pm with photo opportunities on field from 3:00pm. Event concludes at 3:30pm.
Venue: MCG – enter via GATE 1
Wet Weather: Event will proceed in wet weather
A coffee cart will be available for members to purchase hot drinks and snacks. Merchandise will be available from the MCG Shop outside Gate 3 from 10am-5pm.
MEMBER PRE-MATCH FUNCTION
We are hosting a Member Pre-Match Function hosted by Peter 'Grubby' Stubbs before the game against Essendon at the MCG.
Please note, we have reached capacity for the Round 16 Member Pre-Match Function and are not taking any further registrations. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Date: Saturday July 2
Room opens and function commences: 12:15pm (concludes at 1:15pm)
Venue: Yarra Park Room MCG
Attendees will require a ticket/membership to access the MCG to attend the match. Cash bar and snacks will be available in the room.
