Sydney Swans co-captain Luke Parker has won his fifth Brett Kirk Medal in Sydney's big win over the GWS Giants at the SCG on Saturday afternoon.

Parker finished with 34 disposals and 7 tackles and led from the front in the Swans 73-point win over the Giants, the biggest Sydney Derby victory since 2015.

It was also Parker's third medal in-a-row after claiming Best on Ground honours in the Round 1 Sydney Derby in 2022 as well as winning the award in Sydney Derby XIX in 2020 and Sydney Derby XXI in 2021. He has also won the award in 2016.

He is the only player to win the medal five times, the next best are Lance Franklin and Kieran Jack who have won it three times.

The voting panel consisted of Michael Whiting (AFL.com), Daniel Garb (ABC) and Troy Luff (Triple M) and Parker polled 3 votes from each.
