Q. When do tickets go on-sale for Round 5?
A. Tickets will go on-sale on Monday 12th December. AFL and Club members will have access to a four-hour exclusive priority redemption window.

Q. I am a Sydney Swans member, do I need to purchase a ticket?
Sydney Swans Members with match access will be entitled to redeem a FREE ticket to Gather Round for the Sydney Swans match only. If Members wish to attend other games, they can purchase a multi-day pass at a member discounted rate which already allows for your FREE ticket to the Sydney Swans match.
Q. Does this count as one of my membership home game entitlements?
No, it does not. Gather Round is an additional entitlement to your current match access membership – adding even more value to your membership!
Q. How do I know if I am an access member and eligible for the Free ticket to Gather Round?
All Memberships that include access to Sydney Swans matches are considered an eligible match access member. Check below to see if your membership is eligible or not. If your current membership is not eligible for your FREE ticket to Gather Round, don’t forget you can upgrade to an access membership to become eligible, simply call our support team today on 02 9157 5020 between 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Our team will be able to provide you a unique code to redeem your free ticket upon upgrade over the phone.

Q. How do I redeem my FREE ticket to gather Round?
AFL and club access members can access the priority redemption window and redeem a free ticket for Round 5.
Members will be provided with a single use voucher code to input at the start of the ticket buy-flow on Ticketek. The code will be a 12-character, alpha-numeric code. This code will only unlock benefits for AFL and club access members.
Club membership barcodes will not unlock any benefits or entitlements for Round 5.
Non access members will have to wait until the general public on-sale to purchase tickets.
Q. How can I ensure I get to sit with my family & friends.
To sit with family in friends you will need to put each unique code into Ticketek together in one transaction. There is a maximum of ten (10) unique vouchers can be transacted at a time. If you have more than tis we recommend transacting in 2 groups.
If you wish to sit with family or friends who are not Sydney Swans access members, you will need to purchase all tickets during the general public on-sale as you are unable to purchase additional tickets during the Member priority redemption period (or they can join up here).
Q. I haven’t renewed yet, can I still get my Voucher Code to use during the Member Priority Redemption Window
Unfortunately not. You must renew your 2023 access membership prior to receiving a voucher code for Member Priority Redemption Window. You can purchase tickets during the General Public on sale, if you do not want to renew your membership for the 2023 season.
Q. How Many Voucher Codes will I receive on my membership?
You will receive 1 Voucher Code per eligible member.
Q. My friends are Richmond Supporters and I’m a Swans Supporter, can we sit together?
Yes, you can redeem the opposing clubs voucher code together with your voucher, in order for your family/friends to sit together. Please note, by using both Swans & Richmond codes your seating allocation will be in a ‘shared area’ not an exclusive Swans member area.
Q. Will my member card / mobile member ticket be eligible to Scan into the ground?
It will not. You must redeem a ticket using your voucher code through Ticketek in order to gain access to the game.
Q. Why didn’t I receive the email for Gather Round Member Access?
Please check that your email subscriptions are showing that you are eligible to receive Sydney Swans Communications OR please ensure you have looked in your junk/spam folder. If you are an eligible member you are able to contact Membership Support to get your unique code.
Q. Can access members purchase additional tickets during the member priority redemption window?
Unfortunately not, during the priority on-sale period AFL and club access members will be able to redeem their free ticket(s) only. No additional tickets will be available for purchase at this time. One ticket can be redeemed per voucher code up to the transaction limit of 10 tickets. AFL and club access members can only purchase additional tickets during the general public on-sale.
You can use your voucher code to redeem your free member ticket, and purchase additional tickets for family and friends, once the general public on-sale commences on Friday, December 9.
Q. Is my voucher code redeemable after the member priority redemption window?
The voucher code is valid both in the member priority redemption window and in the general public on-sale, with tickets subject to availability. From the commencement of the general public on-sale, the voucher code also entitles the holder to purchase tickets at a discounted member exclusive price.
Q. Can access members purchase tickets to matches not featuring their club of support during the member priority redemption window?
Your voucher code provides access to one free ticket to the Swans game against Richmond on Friday, April 14 at Adelaide Oval or it provides you with access to a discounted multiday pass (factoring in the discount of your free single ticket).
Q. What are the multi day passes and what matches do they apply for?
The multi-day passes are only available for matches at the Adelaide Oval and are available in two (Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun), three (Fri-Sun) and four day (Thurs – Sun) options. They are a cost-effective ticketing option to attend multiple matches at the Adelaide Oval across Round 5. For Swans access members you have the option to purchase one multi-day pass per voucher code, so long as it includes the Swans game on the Friday night.
Q. Where can I buy Accessible Seating tickets?
Wheelchair and carer tickets will be charged the applicable price of the bay it is positioned in. In some circumstances the AFL and the Venue may adjust some of these to ensure there are wheelchair and carer positions available in every price category. Q. Where do I find my Voucher Code to redeem on Ticketek?
Your unique voucher code will be emailed to you, however if you do not receive this you can contact Member Support and they can provide it for you.
Q. Can I collect my Membership pack at Adelaide Oval?
NO – All Interstate, Supporter memberships are being posted Mid-February to ALL States other than VIC & NSW.
Q. I’m a Sydney Swans Cheer Squad Member, what/how can I purchase tickets into the Cheer Squad?
We will have 150 tickets to redeem into the Cheer Squad for our match only, we will be providing a link to register your interest so we can redeem these tickets for our Cheer Squad Members through the Sydney Swans membership team. You can redeem tickets through the member priority redemption window if you would prefer not to be seated within the Cheer Squad Bay.
Cheer Squad members will be able to redeem a ticket into the Cheer Squad bay (bay TBC) by using a password on Ticketek. This password has been sent via email to Cheer Squad members.
Q. Where will my seats be allocated, and will I have a preference of where I can sit?
Seats will be allocated by Ticketek and you will not be able to choose which category of seating you are offered.
