The Sydney Swans are proud to have been one of the founding partners of the GO Foundation, which was established by club greats Adam Goodes and Michael O’Loughlin to empower youth through education.

With the help of the Swans, the GO Foundation has:

 - Awarded over 1000 scholarships to date in Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra
 - Committed to supporting 586 children and young people this year
 - Empowered young women – 54% of scholarships to date have been awarded to girls

The Sydney Swans and the GO Foundation are a family and we’re excited have moved into a new home together.

GO Foundation CEO Charlene Davison said the new Sydney Swans HQ will provide the infrastructure to enable GO to build on its important work.

The move to Sydney Swans HQ gives GO the ability to welcome our children, young people, their families and teachers into a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility so they, like us, will feel we have a real home,” Davison said.

“GO will be able to hold meetings with corporate supporters, donors, and prospects in our own space and to host events. The Swans support means we can keep our costs lean, enabling us to focus on our program and support even more students.

“We are very grateful to share office space with Sydney Swans staff and players. To have colleagues who are outside of GO, but who we can bounce ideas off, share experiences with, and laugh with, is invaluable. The Swans staff are dependable helpers when we need a hand too.”

We’ve gone from strength to strength, but you can’t do that without support. There are supporters who’ve been there from day one, like the Sydney Swans footy club, who’ve been unbelievable as one of our partners. Without that support and a place to call home it would be really difficult to do the things that you’re passionate about.
