The Sydney Swans will travel to Coffs Harbour on Tuesday for a four day pre-season training camp.
While in Coffs Harbour, the Swans will hold two open training sessions, host an AFL Superclinic, head out to schools in the area, attend an ETC Business Leaders Luncheon, play a round of golf at Bonville Golf Resort, run a training session for the QBE Swans Academy and even swim with the dolphins at Dolphin Marine Magic.
Swans coach John Longmire said the team is looking forward to the camp.
“This will be the third year in a row we’ve headed up to Coffs for a pre-season training camp,” Longmire said.
“It’s a good chance to get away for four days as a club, have a few laughs and enjoy our time up there but also make sure we train really hard and help set the foundation for 2015.”
Swans co-captain Kieren Jack said he's expecting the trip to be a huge success.
"We always have a great time up in Coffs and get a lot out of it so I'm really looking forward to getting up there on Tuesday," Jack said.
"The trip will be a great opportunity to mainly work hard on the track but we'll also get to enjoy a round of golf and spend some time together away from the field which will be good."
