Veteran Kieren Jack has been named to return to the Sydney Swans side to face Melbourne at the MCG on Friday night.
Jack returns to the side to face the Demons replacing Zak Jones (hamstring) from the side that lost to Port Adelaide last weekend.
Coach John Longmire said it was nice to be able to add the experience of Jack to the side.
"Unforuntately Zak hurt his hamstring a little bit at training on Wednesday so he is out of the team which is unforunate for him," Longmire said.
"We get Kieren back into the team and we know his experience which is great for the team."
The Sydney Swans will be looking to break a six game losing streak when they face the Demons.
