While the younger members of the squad are in Narrabeen at their annual development camp, the senior boys worked just as hard at their training session today.

In humid conditions the players once again were put through their paces with conditioning and skills based activities at Bat and Ball Oval.

Lance Franklin was a keen spectator with the star forward's pre-season delayed due to groin surgery. It's expected he will return to skills training in January.
