The Sydney Swans recently visited the International Chinese School in Chatswood to run a Volkswagen Swansfit session.
Aimed at educating students on a healthy and active lifestyle more than 20 young students took part in four different stations testing different elements of physical fitness.
The students received important nutritional and fitness advice from Swans players as part of the Volkswagen Swansfit session.
It was an important session to introduce the students to the sport of AFL and for many was their first interaction with the Sydney Swans.
The Club plans to head back to ICS in the near future to check in on the progress in the fitness of these students.
