Sydney Swans CEO Tom Harley and the entire squad joined the club’s beloved Redback members for the annual Redback Cocktail Party at Moore Park last Thursday night.
The 2020 edition, held at Urban Winery at the Entertainment Quarter, was a chance for Sydney's players to connect with the 130 die-hard Swans members in attendance.
Harley, Sydney Swans Foundation CEO Brad Seymour, assistant coach Jarrad McVeigh, co-captain Dane Rampe and first-year draftee Dylan Stephens all addressed the audience, while autographs and photographs were in high demand.
Rampe thanked the Redback members for their tremendous commitment to the club.
“Your unwavering support over many years has been absolutely fantastic,” Rampe said.
“It doesn’t go unappreciated or unnoticed, so a heartfelt thankyou on behalf of the playing group. We hope to continue our support of all of you into the future in the way we go about things on the field.”
Many Redback members were also at The Star for February's 2020 Guernsey Presentation and Hall of Fame Induction Dinner, presented by Volkswagen – a much-loved perk of the Redback membership package.
