Josh Kennedy and Dan Hannebery will be vying for All Australian honours when the side is revealed in Melbourne on Tuesday evening.

The pair was selected in the initial 40-man squad released earlier this month putting them in contention to be named in the final 22.

Hannebery has produced arguably his best season to date, averaging 30 disposals, a touch better than his All-Australian form of 2013.

Kennedy, already a dual All-Australian (2012 and 2014), has been outstanding all season but his back half of the year has worth noting with the clearance king racking up 10 consecutive weeks of 30+ disposals.

Both players made the AFL Coaches All Australian team alongside co-captain Jarrad McVeigh.

The All-Australian selection panel is Gillon McLachlan (chairman), Kevin Bartlett, Luke Darcy, Mark Evans, Danny Frawley, Glen Jakovich, Cameron Ling, Matthew Richardson and Warren Tredrea.
