The 2014 AFL Grand Final Ballot for Sydney Swans members held on Wednesday, September 10 has been oversubscribed. A total of 15,000 tickets (including standing room and restricted view tickets) are allocated to Sydney Swans members, and total registrations have exceeded this number.

A ballot will be required to determine which members in Priority Two and Priority Three receive tickets, should the Sydney Swans qualify. Priority One members are guaranteed a ticket if the team play and if all other instructions and conditions are met.

Some Priority Three members will be eligible to receive limited standing room tickets that will remain due to Priority Two members declining to accept a standing room ticket during registration.

The ballot is managed by Ticketek, and should the Swans qualify, members who secure tickets via the ballot will be notified by email on Monday, September 22. This information will also be available at www.ticketek.com.au and the Sydney Swans website from 9am on this date.

If you have registered for a ticket, please ensure that you have sufficient funds on your nominated credit card. Those who are successful in obtaining a ticket will be automatically charged once it is confirmed that the Swans will play in the Grand Final. There will be no follow up on any rejected credit cards once the ballot has been run. If your credit card fails to process, your tickets will be reallocated to the next eligible member.

Members who do not secure a ticket via the ballot are reminded that there are a limited number of corporate packages available for the 2014 Toyota AFL Grand Final with exclusive access to AFL functions. Tailored packages including flights and accommodation are optional. Visit www.afleventoffice.com.au to find out more.
