Arriving on Tuesday January 28, 2014 the Swans will train at C.ex Coffs International Stadium, attend a Chamber of Commerce breakfast and host a free AFL superclinic for local kids.
Swans coach John Longmire said the club is looking forward to getting back to Coffs for the training camp.
"The whole team really enjoyed getting away to Coffs Harbour for four days earlier this year and we’re excited we’ll be returning again in January,” Longmire said.
“Like the one earlier this year, the camp will be a great opportunity for the players and coaches to train in a different environment and at a first-class facility.
“With the 2014 premiership season not that far away, the camp will once again form an important part of our pre-season training program.
“One of the highlights of last year’s camp was the superclinic so we’re excited we can host that again and meet all of the locals who want to come down for a photo and a kick of the footy.”
The club has a strong connection with the Coffs Harbour community with a number of players visiting during the annual AFL Community Camps and the city is also home to a branch of the QBE Sydney Swans Academy.
“We’re really looking forward to having the Sydney Swans return to Coffs Harbour for their 2014 camp, given the success of the 2013 camp,” said Leanne Coad, Council’s Sports Unit Manager (Acting).
“We are certain that the local community will once again be out in force to see their AFL heroes at one of the many community engagements they have planned.
“AFL continues to be a growth sport and we look forward to seeing big crowds at all the planned public events.”
Swans players will host an AFL superclinic on Thursday, January 30 at C.ex Coffs International Stadium. More information on how to register will follow.

Wednesday January 29
9:00am – 10:30am | Open training session at C.ex Coffs International Stadium.
Thursday January 30
7:00am – 9:00am | Chamber of Commerce Breakfast
4:00pm – 5:30pm | Sydney Swans junior superclinic, C.ex Coffs International Stadium.
Friday January 31
9:00am – 10:30am | Open training session at C.ex Coffs International Stadium.
Swans depart Coffs Harbour airport in the afternoon.
