It's been a solid pre-season - what was the hardest session? It was a running session we did. We did a 1200m run, a 1km run, an 800m run, a 500m run, and in between those we had to do four minute runs, then three, then two, then one minute runs, and then train for two hours after that.

Which session was the most fun? Sand dunes.

Which player has trained well? Daniel Currie, he has gotten himself fit and looks good.

There are a lot of new faces around the Club - who has impressed you? Ben McGlynn, he has trained really well.

What are your plans for the Christmas break? I am going to New Zealand for a week and then to the Central Coast to spend Christmas with my family.

What is the best Christmas present you’ve received? A bodyboard I got when I was younger.

What have you asked Santa for this year? I will be happy with a surprise.

Which player or coach would make the best Santa? I would have to say Stuart Dew, our new reserves coach.

Favourite Christmas carol? Jingle Bells, that is the only one I know.

What is your ultimate summer destination? Las Vegas.

If you could pick one band to see over the summer, who would it be? Donavon Frankenreiter.
