Where were you to bring in 2010? I was in Sydney for New Year's and spent it with Michael O’Loughlin, my brother and Mick’s kids.

What has your training regime been during the break? The break was a freshen-up, I only have three running sessions in the 16 days off. It's about giving my legs a break after a solid month of training.

If you had to pick one, which player will make their debut this season? Trent Dennis-Lane. He is a mature kid, knows his way around the forward line and really impressed me in our training sessions as a forward group.

Favourite song on your iPod? Jay Z and Alicia Keys - Empire State of Mind.

What is your ultimate summer destination? Bondi Beach.

What players impressed you during the first part of pre-season training? Daniel Currie, Trent Dennis-Lane and Henry Playfair, they all have shown improvement and made an impression.

Did you make a New Year’s resolution? “To dance like no one is watching”.
