After confirming a place in the 2018 Toyota AFL Finals Series, the Sydney Swans have launched their finals campaign: Live the Moment.
In a season that has been full of scintillating and emotion-charged finishes, Live the Moment is about seizing the opportunity.
Season 2018 has seen our young stars emerge on the big stage, the team’s never give up attitude has willed them to some last gasp wins and there’s been plenty of match-defining tackles, marks and goals.
September is a new chapter and whatever happens one thing is for sure – our Swans are ready to live the moment.
During the finals series we will look back on the team’s path to September, as well as reflect on some of the great finals moments of the past.

- In the coming days, we’ll be asking you to share your stories of how you live the moment as a Swans fan. Look out for details across the Sydney Swans digital platforms.
- You can share your passion for the Swans by sending a message to the team as part of our Finals Fan Mail, which will once again be up and running in 2018.
- Look out for the Sydney Swans community team who will be out and about on the streets throughout September as we take over Swans Friendly Venues.
