With a passion for the growth of female football Bronwyn Gulden joined the Sydney Swans in 2018 with the commencement of the QBE Sydney Swans Academy Youth Girls program. In 2023 she will coach the U16 female team, assist Nick Davis in the U18 female team as a midfield coach and continue as a line coach in the Swans second AFLW season.   

Gulden discovered her love football growing up in Central Victoria and influence of her dad and local club Bridgewater. Following a move to Sydney and guiding her children into Auskick at the Maroubra Saints, she commenced her coaching at that level in 2007.
