The 2023 Super 24 Series is heading to Coffs Harbour next week! The QBE Sydney Swans Academy will host the Giants Academy in the annual event, which sees young up-and-coming talent from across the state, come together for a three-day tournament.
When and where is the Super 24 series this year?
The Super 24 Series will take place at the C.ex Coffs International Stadium from October 3rd – 5th.
Who will play?
The QBE Sydney Swans Academy and Giants Academy has selected six squads of 24 boys and girls to take part in the series, representing U13, U14 and U15 age groups.
Is there a fixture yet?
The full fixture can be found here. Each age group will play two matches. The length of quarters are as follows:
- U13 Girls: 15-minute quarters
- U14 Girls: 15-minute quarters
- U15 Girls: 16-minute quarters
- U13 Boys: 16-minute quarters
- U14 Boys: 16-minute quarters
- U15 Boys: 18-minute quarters
Why is the Super 24 Series important?
The Super 24 series was established by the academies to provide an elite-level experience and develop the talent of young up-and-coming athletes. It provides an opportunity for players to demonstrate their abilities ahead of their senior years, and grow the sport within NSW.
