The Sydney Swans Football Club sends its condolences to the family of former South Melbourne player, Patrick Hogan.
Hogan passed away recently, at the age of 86, following a short illness.
Patrick played 10 games for the Swans between 1953-54 booting six goals in his career.
Hogan's brothers Kevin and Frank also played for South Melbourne during the 1950's.
