The entire Sydney Swans playing list will return to pre-season training from the Christmas break on Monday morning.
The Swans hit the training deck across November and December before breaking for three weeks over the festive period.
Head of Football Charlie Gardiner said the group was preapred for the training period ahead in the lead up to practice matches.
"it was a pretty short and intensive period of training as we got four or five weeks into most of our players before breaking for their Christmas break,"
"We think we got enough volume into the players to set them up for a big post-Christmas block of training when they return."
"A big part of it is intergrating the new players, teaching them the game plan and getting them comfortable within the new enviornment."
The senior side is scheduled to face the Western Bulldogs at Marvel Stadium in Round 1 on March 23, while the NEAFL side will meet GWS at Spotless Stadium on April 6 to kick off season 2018.
