Adam Goodes and Michael O'Loughlin recently visited Tempe High School to take part in a Q&A session with students, to be featured in an upcoming story on SBS' national Indigenous current affairs program, Living Black.

During the session, the students asked questions on everything from health and nutrition, to moving away from family and relocating into the city, and the best way to go about achieving their goals.

"It was great to have a chat and a kick of the footy with the kids at Tempe," O'Loughlin said of the visit.

"Adam and myself talked about our goals when we were kids, what we wanted to do and how we reached those goals."

"I think it's really important for these kids to see the importance of living healthy lifestyles in achieving your goals. They see us, we've been playing a lot of footy for a long time now, so hopefully it inspires some of them to do the same in achieving their goals."
